Several weeks ago, I shared a video of a simple, mindful, calming technique – the art of belly breathing, and then, happened to see a few days ago that Sesame Street’s Rosita the muppet was ALSO sharing the same technique for the #caringforeachother campaign! It must be true that mindful minds think alike! 😉
